Euphyllia worm

Hello! I have just seen a wormhole on my Euphyllia, i had one vermited worm before on this Euphyllia but I have cut that part out, including the worm. This hole looks diferent and has some kind of tissue around it..any ideeas what kind of worm is that and how can it be removed?

As stated above by @NowGlazeIT I would just let it be. I have several underneath frag plugs and corals. Beneficial filter feeder
