Yea as OP found out, weeks are odd numbered so every other day changes week to week lol. Maybe that’s the solution. 6 or 8 day weeks! I’m not tech savvy so that sounds easier than programming it 😅

It's just so frustrating that, for a decade now, I could set up an event in Google Calendar (and other Calendar programs) to repeat every 2 days, 3 days, 47 days, whatever you like. It's just a number in an equation in one line of programing text LOL!

How about Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday and then take your total dosing for your expected total dosing that would occur over a weeks time divided by four. Yeah you don’t get exactly that a dose every other day but instead spread over four days. I think 95% of the time that would be acceptable and non-distinguishable.

Thanks for the idea. I'm just doing M, W, F, Sun this week, then on Monday I'll switch the program to T, Th, Sat, and keep switching it on the weekend like that for 4 weeks.
