Excess Chaeto

So I been battling Hair Algae for over a year in my tank and decided to get a Chaeto reactor. The Reactor is doing great and my chaeto is growing faster then I can take it out. It still hasnt helped with hair algae but that is not why I am posting. What does everyone do with your excess Chaeto it seems silly to be throwing out softball sizes of Chaeto every two - three days.

I throw away a 2 gallon bucket full every month or so. You can always offer it free to new reefers in your area on facebook. I’ve heard of some throwing it in their gardens for extra fertilizer.
