They were nice but looked liked freshly cut sticks. I lost three of them. :(
I'm sure they were at least 3 weeks after cutting. He can't cut an acro, take a picture, list it on auction for a week and it be fresh cut. Maybe you see some glue and assume it is a fresh cut?

Not necessarily, but i guess if the base is not encrusting or at least starting i tend to think it is relatively fresh.

does anyone have any tips on how to take pictures with an iphone, these things are trash >_<

Just messing with ya! They sell macro lenses for cheap on eBay for your phone. Idk how good they are sorry.
The distance isn't the problem, the problem is that iphones are deigned for basic girls to take "artsy" selfies, and have no colour detection whatsoever.

I moved it up in the tank, the pink has been showing even better! Soon I'll borrow a DSLR camera

@Oscaror any update, should be a nice mini colony by now
sadly tanks been doing kinda bad so my sps all have no colour besides my garf bonsai, been trying to figure things out, I'm going to change my lights. It is however sprouting some branches at the bottom, seem to be tabling :D If I could just get its colour to show. I plan on getting orpheks, saw them at MACNA and their new model seems really cool.
