extremely aggressive true perc

i need some help here.. my female true perc has recently turned EXTREMELY aggressive attacking everything in the tank.. i dont know what to do so i seperated her with a fish net breeder in the tank....
she's even bit me when i hand fed my nems .

any help would be appreciated she's about 3"

lol 40 breeder and yes she has a mate. she killed her first one last year then i introduced her newest one 6 months ago and they've been fine living with 4 bta's all of a sudden shes gone feral

Start with adding a mirror up right next to the tank so she can see herself. She hopefully will focus her aggression on the reflection for now.
