So this whole fiasco happened last year around winter/christmas time. Decided to treat myself to a birthday and Christmas present with some torches from ASD at the time, they had Aussie gold colonies and a grafted torch colony I snagged and waited patiently for arrival. Upon arrival and opening, right away there were issues.

As shown, I had ordered 1 grafted torch colony, 2 x 3 headed Aussie golds and 1 double head Aussie gold and aside from receiving the exact grafted colony, all of my Aussie gold were wrong. They had sent me 2 Indo torch colonies and a single head of Aussie gold that ultimately melted within the week. After contacting a employee at the time on Facebook about my order I was told to email them directly and after contacting them and sending a full unboxing video, they called me at the end of December and said they would take care of me and things and we agreed on replacements that would be sent after the holiday season to ensure safe shipping. I didn’t hear anything back for a month till February where I had to reach out and was told to contact them. This is where i had gotten busy with school and life with a family member passing so I didn’t get a chance to reach out.

Come April when I had remembered about the order, I reached out through email with no response, and the phone multiple times where I was told to give them my contact and I will be contacted afterwards, all of which I never heard anything.

While yes I did still receive some stuff of value and only had 1 die within the week which was still the wrong size piece, it is very disappointing for a long time “trusted” vendor to not keep their word and end of things and just ghost you. Please be careful with ordering from AquaSD, as my case and many others can attest to this same situation and I hope that this can help others from an headache of a time. Thank you and happy reefing!

Below are what I had ordered

You can tell from skeletal structures that these are Indonesian from their smaller and narrow frames, what aussies which I had ordered. Even when everything is in the tank, you can tell the single head of Aussie gold that was supposed to be a 2 header is still a much thicker and bigger skeleton than the other pieces in the picture above.

This was the supposed “2 head Aussie” still in its original bag
