I haven't noticed this before however, my falco hawkfish has a dark spot on his left side near his tail. Looks almost like a bruise under his skin. Can anyone advise to what this may be? There is no erratic or different behavior. Any info will help. Thank you! [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Do you have an anemone or stinging coral in your system? It looks like a minor sting to me.

I have an anemone but it kind of looks like it's under the skin like a bruise with a bump... our Nem is so tiny right now and typically he never goes on that side of the tank. Definite possibility though. He swims by the torch coral but i guess i don't know if they sting?
