Fallow period

No they’re all dead. Was just trying to explain symptoms of some of the fish to better try to understand what they may have had. Basically only 1 fish had white stringy poop so don’t know if it was internal parasites or not that killed all of them. I just know there was nothing obvious other than not eating for about a week and a half, then basically dead. So if it was internal parasites fallow does not help? If not how do ever get rid of it?

Internal parasites either have a secondary host (like a certain snail or a bird) and don’t replicate in captivity, or they have direct development that dies out with the same timeline as external parasites…so the 60 day fallow will still hold.

As long as the tank is stable and gives the fish enough room, longer won’t hurt, it just isn’t necessary.
