I had a rock flower nem disappear on me! I had a feeling it tucked itself behind the tiki head and I was right.

carefully took him off and replaced him in the front. Hopefully it stays up front this time. It was a little mad at me lol but settled in and looks great!

Alright new salt has been delivered!

I decided to make the switch over to Red Sea coral pro.

thankfully the salt is in a bag in the bucket because the bucket has a big crack at the bottom

I accidentally knocked my tongs in the tank and they fell right on my bubble gum digi and it broke it in half. Sigh…..

now I can’t find the piece that broke off

I did about a 50% water change over the weekend. Corals are looking great and I’ve added some very nice pieces!!

I also got some single little frag racks as well! But those come Friday. Weather depending……

Been a little bit on a FTS but the tank is filling up nicely! I need a new heater because I think my current one is throwing current into the tank causing some issues I can’t explain.

my current readings from my saliferts tests are below. My alk is higher than I would like but I’m hoping the Red Sea salt helps bring it down.


Nitrates: 20-25

KH: 13.7-14.1

Ca: 430-440

And lastly I need to hang my light higher. Hopefully i can get that done tomorrow.

Also I raised up the light today! I was only around 6”-8” and now I can get to 12 or more.

I definitely needed to spread out the light. Much happier with this

I put it in front of it because I was planing on surrounding the tiki head with RFAs but he just walked right in there. Ha I take no credit for it at all
