Fauna marin lps food

Oh I was just curious how "nutritionally" different it is from say... feeding it was regular pe mysis. And like all dry foods, how much will this tilt on the phosphate level.

How long do you think the large container will last with a heavily stocked lps tank? I know it depends on a lot of factors but I was wondering what the range was. I definitely want to try some of this stuff.

Here's what's on the bottle:
proteins 75%, carbohydrates 12%, fats 8%, Marine marine proteins, lipids,
Omega3fatty-acids, marine oils , antioxidants. Trace Elements. Marine Organic Elements

As with all Fauna prodcuts they don't get too detailed ;)

Personally I've never had an issue with phosphate and dry foods, but I only use high quality pellet foods such as NLS and Hikari, and I'm sure this food is right up there with them. There are "excess" phosphates in cheap flake foods (define "excess" phosphates ;)). Besides that, you want to ensure all of the food your feeding goes into the mouth of a fish or coral, and remember that everything contains some phosphates.

Because the food is so light, I found it best to turn the pumps OFF in the tank for a few. Or until you see the food has been consumed. Also move your hands very slowly through the tank while feeding as to not blow the food off the coral. A very little bit goes a long way with this stuff.

I have a highly populated DT and grow out tank, I expect the smaller bottle to last me a very long time. Closer to 6 months or more I would say and that is with heavy regular feedings.

Just went to feed all my favias, and I am still amazed at the response. My Baby Breath never has sweepers nor a platygyra I have. Sprinkled just a couple pellets on them and in moments they were munching on them. I swear before my eyes the BB turn more pink and fluffy. This stuff is pretty sweet!

This stuff is definitely awesome! Best response EVER from my LPS; chalices, scoly, etc. A dendro I have that has been stressing out lately and not eating much pigged out for the first time.
