Anyone know what this is that lives in my favia coral? It shoots streamers out that are web like constantly. The long stalk tube it lives in is unsightly as well. I break the tubes off but they are back quickly. Whatever worm or pest this is stays put on the favia for over a year now.

Vermentid snails. Put some superglue on the top of the hole to starve em out then break off the tube after a month or so. Pretty harmless just annoying.

That's crazy has to be a worm that tube is too big for any type of barnacle isn't the worm inside the tube or has he brought into the base of the coral if he's in the base of the coral I could be robbing a lot of the nutrients in calcium away from corals skeleton

Deff a blasto I have the same coral n vermitod snails multiply fast I also have a ingestion and I hate it
HAPPY REEFING
