Favia placement for beat color?

So here's my favia last September:

And here it is today:

It's grown noticeably, but it's color has also faded considerably. From what I've read, they tend to fade if the lighting is too bright. Should I move it lower? I hesitate to mess with it as long as it is growing.

4/2 update

After moving the favia beneath a ledge to reduce the light it gets, it looks much happier. It hasn't really colored up much yet, but it has been much more consistently puffy and is growing many new polyps at the base.
