I have a Favia, I purchased and received Fedex 5 days ago, when it arrived the bag had busted, all water was out. The top that night started to turn white and it continues, but at a slow pace. will it recover, or is it a loss?

Definitely not a loss. Might take a bit to recover, but favias are very resilient. That being said I would definitely contact the seller and let them know. Compensation should be provided.

Next time take pictures and call it a loss unless the seller want to give you a 30 days guarantee that it will recover. I lose a lot of money being nice to sellers and try to revive it. In the end it died and the seller will say it was not DOA.
