Feather duster looking like thing

My 65 gallon has been up for more than half a year. I haven't added anything to it for months besides a leopard wrasse. I seeded it with live rock from the beginning, but didn't add any more.

This thing must have been growing since the beginning. I can't tell what it is. It seems sessile, and has these feathery tendrils, with a red looking mouth thing. It can protrude and retract somewhat fast, and reacts to things touching it (like my cleaner shrimp). I can't get a better picture as it's behind a rock.

Tried to take some videos. Sorry for the blurriness.

Looks like a tubeworm which emits a fan to capture food
