Feather Duster?

Just picked up some live rock to add to my new 20g reef tank. There is a small feather duster like invert living on it. Can I get a positive ID?

The tube is about 10mm long with a red polyp like head coming out of it.

I always just called them feather duster worms. There are tons of them in my tank. On the glass, power cords etc. I have one behind a rock that is a deep, blood red color.
