Nice article - I missed it so thanks for ‘bumping’ it. I really like dusters and never worry much about them getting out of control. I particularly like he x-mas tree rocks. They were quite common in the hobby a decade ago; not so much anymore.

Not entirely sure I can agree with how hard they are to keep for the most part. I’ve heard coco worms and cluster dusters can be very hard to keep and Christmas tree worms almost impossible but their far more common cousin the hawaiian fan worm is very easy to keep. I’ve never had a problem with mine and he was one of my first additions into this tank. The only time I’ve lost one was during a crash where everything else went too. Id day Hawaiian worms are very easy to keep and great additions to the tank of a newcomer. Just my 2 cents.

Just snagged a 2" diameter duster for 12 bucks and this article was exactly what I needed to decide if it's going in the Display refugium, or the DT.
