Feature request to mark a thread as Resolved or close

Hello admins,

Thank you for your forum much appreciated, as an avid sysadmin I think it would be cool to have the feature for the person who creates a thread to have the option to add a tag or mark the thread as resolve. If there is that option already it would be good to highlight it as I ant find this anywhere,
