Love is in the...sea!

FishLove.jpg

It's February, a time for love, a time for romance...

In celebration of Valentines Day we have decided February's meeting will be about the love that can be found in our tanks; captive breeding of marine fish. One of the most common questions among marine aquarists first learning of captive breeding is: “Which marine fish species have been bred other than clowns?†Managing our marine resources is a key part of the long-term success of the aquarium hobby. It is now possible to successfully breed and rear many species of marine fish. This month we will over this list as well as some tips, trick & techniques other aquarists may have used to aid them in the process.

I thought we were suppose to have a guest speaker from Red Sea for February's meeting. Is the captive breeding presentation being given by him or is this in place of due to his cancellation?

Sounds like a good meeting.

Unfortunately already took the weekend off for FFM, and not allowed to take 2 weekends off in a row, so I won't make it.

Was really hoping to finally see Rwinfrey's school tank too.

Bummer. :-(
