Fed reef roids and wow a tank crash?

Feeding reef roids in a 13.5g with 2 clowns is pretty much asking for trouble. Very few self contained nanos under 20g with fish are going to cope well processing that kind of coral feeding. You can't do the same things on a 13g you can on a 150g or even 40g.

You have to use a lot less. A pinch will go long way

I agree, lots of generalizations here.

Instead of “feeding x to a small tank = bad” the correct way to view this is “feeding an over abundant amount for a tank of size x is bad”.

No, you can’t feed 2 tablespoons of reef roids to a 13g tank. Anyone with a brain knows that’s a bad idea. Feeding 1/16th of a tsp is no problem at all however. Realistically, feeding even 1/2 tsp to a 13g tank is no different than feeding a whole mysis cube. The cyano that showed it’s face did not originate over night, nor even from a large coral feeding session.
