Hi folks!
Several months ago, I dosed some Reef Roids in my tank. Seemingly around that time, my Flame Angel developed one bubble eye that went back to normal after a couple weeks.
After not dosing Reef Roids since then, I dosed a small amount of it last night and afterwards, I noticed my Flame Angel has another bubble eye (just one eye)
Now, it may have had the bubble eye before adding the Reef Roids and I just didnt notice it, and it might just be a coincidence, but I am wondering if Reef Roids might be a possible cause.
Thanks!

Unlikely in my opinion.

Overdosing can cause a variety of nutritional issues your tank such as an increase in nuisance algae but I have never seen it linked to fish disease.

Maybe someone smarter than me has a different opinion or experience.

I hope your flame angel is doing better!

Thanks. I didn't think so, but it just seemed a bit too coincidental so just wanted to make sure.

Re: overdosing: First time I used Reef Roids, I way overdosed it. This was the result:

It took some time and effort, but that cleared up, and now it looks like this:

So, I was a bit reluctant to try Reef Roids again after that, so my recent attempt was a very small dose of it.

The Flame Angel is doing fine, except for the one bubble eye. It does not appear to effect him though. Swimming and eating as normal.

Thanks again!
