Many times in this hobby, manufacturers/retailers have you jump through hoops or a waiting line before receiving any form of help (whether it be simple or advanced). I, personally, had an issue with plumbing the aquatic life twist-in rodi system with a float valve/auto shut-off valve. I was unsure if I was doing everything correctly based on information provided. I contacted them early this morning, through e-mail, before they opened their phone lines and was promptly (within 15 min) connected with "Dave" who went through all the plumbing questions I had and even suggested where to connect check valves! Problem has been solved and it only took an e-mail and 25 min out of my morning BEFORE they were even open for customer service! Thank you Aquatic Life! A+
