Hi,
I have a beautiful pink cat's eye bubble coral and wanted to know if I target feed the two mouths that I can see, will the whole colony be fed?

I feed lots of other things and the colony is gorgeous, but I do not want to dig around in the bubbles and hurt the animal looking for more mouths to place the silversides or raw shrimp onto. Can anyone help me with this, please?:embarrassed: Thank you, in advance, for your kind help.

Donna

I take a syringe full of mysis, stick the tip between some of the bubbles, and give it a quick squirt. the bubbles will hold the shrimp in place until the tentacles can pull the shrimp to the mouths. It dosent need to be fed, so don't worry about missing a mouth during feeding they will take care of each other.

I feel so much better now - thank you very much, Makbarracuda! Just today, I put three little bits of silversides in-between the bubbles and it looked happy and squeezed its bubble closer together over the bits. With squirting the mysis over the bubbles, I can cover the top and know it is eating well all over. I do appreciate your help.
