Feeding API general cure

Experts please help!
Would it be safe if I bind frozen food with api general cure using focus and feed the fish in display tank with corals?

It can be done if you are very careful to make sure every bite is eaten. I agree with Lasse, what are you treating? Flukes? Internal parasites/worms?
