Looks like they're just acrylic tubes; they're available from many online retailers and your local acrylic shop likely has some as well.
 
clear acrylic tube from ebay. Want to try solid rod and smaller tube to push piece of shrimp in mouth of coral.

You could do it with a turkey baster
 
have 3 sizes of turkey basters. like to put over corals with every thing running come back 20 mins later. Watch the crabs leave. hungry.
