What do you guys feed your frogspawns, torches, etc?

I don't feed mine, they catch some of the mysis that I feed my seahorse, and by the way, Welocome To Club-Zoa, kevin.

i feed my frogspawn cyclop-eeze, as it seems many of you do.

I feed mine mysis, cyclopeeze, fish eggs from the Asian market, and pieces of scallops. These are also the same things I feed my anemones.

i feed all my LPS's like 2x a month a mix of mysis, cycplopes, marine snow, and a vitamin sup
