If you own a nano, such as I (20 something gallon), you have probably found that feeding cubed frozen food was just way too much for your tank OR you were left with lots of leftovers. I always put some tank water in a cup and place the cube in to defrost, then use a turkey baster to target feed corals and fish. So what I do now that works, is take a single cube of mixed crustaceans - this one is Ocean Nutrition Marine Mix - and mix in a quarter cup of tank water. I then mix it up and baste them into a mini ice cube tray. I let it freeze, then take one to two cubes and feed my critters. It saves a lot of money, cuts down on waste and over feeding.

I chop up my frozen foods and keep the crumbles in a disposable 2oz condiment cup in the freezer. I buy my food in big flats but shouldn't be different for cubes if you wanted.
