I have a rusty angelfish and I was wondering how to feed him nori. The reason I am asking this is because my live rock is covered in coralline algae and I’m worried that the angelfish can’t consume the coralline algae and starve. Please share how you manage to feed nori or any algae foods to your angelfish.

I have 9 angels in my tank and they get nori at least once or twice a day. I use to use a clip but now i just throw a sheet in the tank and they devour it. For your situation I like the idea above of rubber banding it to a rock, or you can try using a clip on the glass. Either way should work fine.

As above.
Also, fish that peck at coralline algae are removing some and will digest it.
I've got a healthy blenny that scrapes coralline off rocks and glass, and doesn't eat much of anything else.
Another thing - Most angels like some sponge in their diet.
If you don't have any hitchhiker sponges growing, you can use products like Hikari MegaMarine Angel.

Thanks for the tip! Is there any other foods I should feed it?

You might need some other fish to show it how.

If it does not, then don't sweat it. A varied diet of meaty stuff, pellets and some flakes will keep it plenty happy.

Angelfish will not survive alone on coralline, if they even get anything from it at all.

I just attach it to my clip and my Coral Beauty goes for it. You can also rubber band it to a rock to get them started. Here is mine eating Seaweed/Nori:

Larry's Reef Service and Rod's Food products lines are both excellent.
Sponge however isn't found in most commercial fish foods, including these.
