Make sure you're not over illuminating the coral, it may need to be acclimated more slowly to your lighting. Avoid swings in alkalinity. Is it possible the coral right next to it is stinging the Favia?

The one right next to it is a mushroom that is tiny. Maybe the size of a penny it looks bright because of the flash on my phone, my dkh is at 8 according to my Api test kit but Idk how accurate it is.
