Fighting clowns

I have a pair of clowns and they have been getting along fine for about a week. I Saw them with the lights off at night though and one is being very aggressive with the other. In fact it turned into an all out brawl between the two. Now one of them does not look good. Is this normal? Do clowns normally nip at each other like this at night? I am worried one is going to really hurt the other by tomorrow morning.

They are probably establishing who will be the dominant one. Are they both eating fine?

They are eating. And I did do some reading on that and that seems to be exactly what's happening. They are now doing the little wiggle move by each other. I guess that's just what happens in order to create a pair. (Insert "my wife" joke here...)
