Does anyone know if this roller is the updated version? I heard alot of bad things about this roller but I need one for my Fiji Cube. (updated version I assume has a new motor n sensor, main complaints)

I haven't heard of other rollers for that sump I'm pretty sure.

I need to be 100% sure.
Too many complaints about this roller, everyone who’s had issues has stated @Fiji Cube has told them they’ll be sending out a new motor n sensor. I see gen 1.5 is the .5 the newly updated parts. their site is useless they don’t reply to emails.

My concern is if BRS is selling the updated 1.5 version.
Does anyone have experience with the after-sale from Fiji?

From what I picked up, everyone is now carrying the updated gen1.5, I will be ordering from BRS when I get my points from a bunch of returns.

Seems good, but very mindful i still have a fairly new set up. i’ve spoken to a few that own one and no issues found after fijicube released their v1.5 which is an upgraded motor.

Running the Ecotech S2, calibrated on the low end GPH for more precise GPH.

I found when calibrated on the lower end I don’t have to touch the gate valve at all.

Running for 4 months and not once had to touch the valve.

I currently have a low low turn over i’m probably around 180gph. my tank volume is 40display 20sump

I achieved it by not running the pump at an extremely high turn over when asked by the app what’s the highest flow accepted by the user. Along with the low end having the pump barely trickling drops.

all my plumbing is 3/4”

hey rio. unfortunately i had to pull it from my system, if you view my thread it was just too large for my stand, i needed the room for my UV, so now im selling it with 6 brand new rolls lol. I shoved that sump in a reefer 200xl which was already designed with another sump in mind.

In case this is useful ... just noticed Fiji cube released Gen 2.0 of the ARF-20 roller. Looks like they made the bottom shorter and enclosed it. I guess people were having issues with clearance even within the Fiji cube cabinets. Moved the optional flow hole to the other side, changed the waste roll bracket, maybe larger overflow opening, and smaller exit holes.
