Maybe it is me, but after waiting 2 months trying to get this Automatic Roller matt in NOV, it finally arrived JAN 2023. A week later, I had to return it. It would reset itself over and over, the filter would not advance, the loud dripping of water (Fiji claimed they are designing a silencer for it), and you physically have to be there to press the button to reset or the roller would not advance. Two days out of this week, my ATO did what it was supposed to do, dump water into my aquarium..well MORE than it would normally do, due to the Fiji Cube not advancing as it should. I provided 5 days of video documentation to the Fiji Cube folks, and they could not figure out what was wrong with the roller mat. I asked for a replacement because, despite a few hiccups they have had, once the product works as designed, FijiCube has some good products. I have their 108 INT complete system, and before that, their 36" Sump which you can see on my YouTube videos. I was told after requesting a replacement, I would have to wait until they evaluate the one I have, because "no one else is having the same issues as I am having." Among other things that I am frustrated with is the customer service of Fiji Cube, I think I am going to take a pass on this thing until they figure out what is wrong and work on their customer service, something I shared with them via their chat service.
