fiji tonga vs anemone

So I got tonga rocks and I got a anemone about a week ago and he under the rocks look stuck. Anyone got a anemone that looks stuck but got out in the open?

They do that. They attach their foot in a secure location and extend the rest of the body to where they want to be

Or did I misunderstand and the whole nem is underneath?

If the anemone moved there, under the rock on it's own give some time to come out on it's own. It's not stuck unless the rock was placed on the anemone.

What type of anemone? What type of lighting?And last but certainly not least, water chemistry including SG is in line?
