I Purchased My FijiCube 32 INT Back In Sept 2024 Received Last Week Of Oct 2024

First Issue 2 Weeks Passed And No Updated When Tank Was Going To Get Shipped , I had to email and wait for a non existent customer service 1 Week to answer for them to have no idea and fi

3 Issues On The Tank
*Glass Came Scratch & Sort Of Also What Appears Like Air Trapped In The Glass Very Tiny
*The Interior Seals Appear To Not Be Even With Some Spots Have A Low Spot
*The Tank Overflow Being Built To Low And Having A Big Gap Between The Water Line And Top Of Glass

After A Email Was Sent Out Again It Took 2 Weeks For A Reply , Was Told That I Had Inspect Tank With In 24 Hours Or Else It Was My Fault I Said Fine To The Scratch I’ll Live With It. My other 2 Request were ignored.

I sent another 2 Emails out because I never heard back and First Week Of Dec heard back again , Saying there nothing wrong with my seals that it should not leak(only time will tell unfortunately )and they are going to sent some sort of overflow height adjustment.

Fast Forward To Feb 2025 I have not received a single update and my emails are constantly ignored. I did not want to post anything but I’m at a point where my patience is over. I don’t see myself ever buying a FijiCube Again and don’t advice anyone else does as well if you go on the forum you will see many negative experiences unfortunately.
