Just watched this in today's VICE news. Large scale kelp farming, that can reduce the ocean nitrate/phosphate while providing some food as well as act as artificial reefs. Pretty cool and staggering similarity with reefing approach to control nitrate/phosphate via algae scrubber or reactors. Thought I'll share here :-)
