HEY R2R, I need to know what size and brand filter needed for my 29 gallon? I have a TOPFIN 30 it's been running since Tuesday.

The rock you have in your DT will be your primary biological filter. A protein skimmer is basically just the icing on the cake so to say. You can run a HOB or canister filter if you want, but any type of media you put in there will need to be cleaned on a regular basis. GL.
