Whether it's the people or the tank, take a break. Or perhaps change your routine?
I myself have been fed up with both from time to time. So at those times I'll change my routine. Don't login to forums, stop working on the tank everyday and just sit and watch it instead. If the tank is getting you down, find what you enjoy about it and do that. Clean the glass down to the very last little bit of whatever. Or in my most recent case, I was so tired of all the water, I went from a 75 to a 20. The fun I found? Trying to fit everything from a 75 into a 20! lol

Now I'm back to a 35ish.. Or perhaps if you've never done it, try breeding some stuff, or setup a new way to grow coral. After all, part of the hobby is aside from us, but caring for and trying to help corals and other critters live.
Or even just set a schedule, to do waterchanges once a week. Then the rest of the week, don't look at the tank. Work on other hobbies during the break, or perhaps just work on yourself, or reconnecting with friends, or that special someone.

If after all of that you still don't want to be in the hobby, I wish you the best. After all, as times change and the world changes around us, it doesn't mean we can't either.
