Finally found me a Flame Angel

I’m so excited I have been wanting this fish for a while but couldn’t justify the cost Took a trip to Pa and found this one at a store in Lancaster. With the coupon I had I got a pretty good deal on him. So far after his 2 hour drip he seems to be adjusting well to the tank on day 2

beautiful specimen, also looks to be a male too (the more pointed fins). I wish I got a flame angel when I had the chance, before the hawaiian ban. I just couldnt resist the coral beauty that looked as if it had the tiger tail (Which it turns out it did). Dang thing died because of an issue that developed on the way home.

Very few people (in the states?) actually had Hawaiian flames, even before the ban. Most dealers said/thought that they were Hawaiian because apparently those from the Marshall Islands and Cook Islands, were shipped THRU Hawaii.

I wish that I had purchased the CB true Hawaiian Flames when they were offered!
