Welcome to R2R and back to the obsession, I too took a 25 year hiatus and when I got back I was shocked at what hobbyist had achieved and how the hobby changed.
Sit back, relax and start reading, your going to have fun!!!

Hello everyone! My name is Jacob and I have been away from the saltwater tank hobby way too long. My brother used to have a small business setting up tanks for people and showing them how to maintain them. We had way too many tanks in our little apartment back then. My wife Angie and I have enjoyed starting a 75 gallon reef tank in our new home and it’s been going good since July. I look forward to reading and posting some interesting topics and learning what I can, thank you for having me!
Welcome.

Happy reefing!

Hi Jacob and Angie - we're Lisa and Michael. Welcome! Glad you joined. Sounds like you are well on your way.

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Once you create your first post in your thread and link it to your account, they will give you build badge (look left, under my ID)

This is a good reference book type online article I still review:
