Looks great so far....

I have a 120gal too...I think it's a perfect size to scapes, have a decent size of fish and plenty of real estate for corals.

I use all tonga rocks on my DT tank. Hard to scapes at first but it came out decent after all.

I'm sure you did this already but, did you pull drain plug on the bottom of the skimmer cup?

Sound advice!

Now I'm just watching the skimmer constantly overflow - manual says 24 hours for break in like this but it's already been longer. Water level is down to 8" at this point.
The ammonia I dosed yesterday is still around. Patience.
Yeah I was installing my frag tank after midnight a few months back and forgot to attach the return line launching water 10 feet across my shop into some electronics and tools, lots of fun!
