I got a fire shrimp a few months back and it would hide under an frag rack I had tucked near a corner that wasn't actively in use. Once I moved the rack to hold new frags he had to move and decided to rest on some cyphastrea I had near a corner of my tank.

He has since annoyed one to the point it wouldn't open and I've moved that one to heal but he just moved on to the next closest one. I'm afraid if I move all the cyphastrea frags he'll move on to my acans and zoas which are nearby.

Anyone have a similar issue?

Likely foraging for food source. Give it supplementary food source to feed it and keep it occupied

I feed pellets to it and my lawnmower blenny and that's the only time it moves from the spot
