This little guy appears to be a bearded fireworm- Hermodice carunculata -

fireworm018-1-1.jpg

It's about 3" long and looks to have eaten half a mushroom. It offered little resistance, never tried to hide and came off quickly after a freshwater dip.
Probably was gorged :P It was on a new piece so I hope he's a loner. Coral banded shrimp should eat them anyway, correct? If anyone wants to confirm ID, that would be cool too :)
