Firmware Update issue

Merry Christmas Everyone,

I am currently trying re-start my P4 unit which I have not been using for the last 3-4 years.

At the moment, having troubles updating the firmware. Not to sure if it is because my current firmware is too old.
I hit the OK button after the error screen, waiting for almost 20min but nothing happened.

Does anyone have any solution?

Hello,

You have to write the right USBVCOM port in the update windows when requested.
The USBVCOM port number is different the usual COM port number.

Got it. Thanks a lot!

Surprisingly the P4, powerbar 5.1 and Touch are still in good working condition after more than 3 years in my storage.

As expected, only temperature sensor is working..
