Have a good read of the articles @Crabs McJones shared, they're brilliant. Also have a look at the series by BRS on YouTube. There are 2 I'd recommend: the 5 minute guide and 52 weeks of reefing

I have watched all of the 5 minute guide already - they are great. My friends are sick of me talking about aquarium videos.
