What printer? Layer lines are tough to get rid of. It's the nature of how things are made with a printer. I'm using a Bambu printer which has an ironing option. You could iron all layers which would make for a much longer print time but help blend the layers together. You could try sanding them but it's going to be annoying since it's not a flat piece. Alternatively you could look at abs which should also be reef safe and making an acetone vapor chamber to smooth out the prints for your post-processing.

OR he could tune his printer to his filament. He also needs to dry out his PETG.

OP - You need to dry the filament to start. It clearly shows moisture. You then need to tune your printer. It shows mainly over extrusion but it is also showing spots of under extrusion. Alot of what you do will depends on your machine. I'm guessing it is a bed slinger looking at the layer shifts.

I'll have to pull the profile I made for petg later when I am on the pc, but I opened up a new bag and did not dry it. So I will try that first before changing settings.
