first fish suggestions

I'll be ready to add my first fish soon, I was hoping to get some ideas. It's a 25 gallon IM lagoon with live rock, sand & a CUC. I'm thinking about four or five fish total, I want to focus more on soft corals. I would like each fish to have an attribute that will benefit the tank (algae eater...) Would something like a yellow tang outgrow the tank? Are there any IM lagoon owners out there with the same sort of setup?

Lots of gobies to choose from, and some smaller wrasse. Pink streaked wrasse or possum wrasse?
