I can’t seem to get the correct WB with my lens filters/settings. Any tips? Thanks in advance!

Canon EOS R6 Mark II
100mm f2.8 macro
85 series lens filter

I see too much purple! Should I adjust lighting, or work more in post-processing?

The pictures actually look good if you ask me! I agree though you could try to turn down the blues and violets on your light setup

Looking great! Love that last picture especially. Little guy looks like he's on a grand journey!

You should keep an eye on the Photo of the Month contests! I think you'd be a great contender.

I shoot in RAW at the highest manual white balance the camera offers (10k in my case), then adjust the color temperature slider in post. I don't use a filter using this method.

Also, if you are using Lightroom, try playing with the blue channel on the Color Tone Curve tool. I have had a lot of success removing the blue/ purple from the photos while leaving the other colors.

I will give that a try. I have played with the WB in camera somewhat. I use LRC for processing the RAW files. Thanks!

Thanks for the tips! I use LRC - I will look at those color channels.
