Hi all! This is my first saltwater tank. Its a standard 75 gallon with a fluval 407 filter. It’s been up and running for a few months but I began adding live stock about 2 months ago.

Livestock List:
Black Ice Clownfish
Six Line Wrasse
3 Turbo Snails
4 Nassarius Snails
3 Emerald Crabs
1 Sally Lightfoot Crab
And 10 small hermits

I just recently added the wavemaker and I’m wondering if one I need it? And two is it in the right spot?

My clown seems more active since adding it but I can’t tell if he’s enjoying it or fighting for his life. I know they’re not great swimmers.

Thanks for all the help, advice and suggestions!

Wow, very nice! And to answer your question, 'Yes', a tank that size will in fact benefit from the wave maker. Your Clown is fine unless you feel you currently have it pointed/ramped-up to where he's blowing around. lol! Best wishes.
