Yall have problems 😆And I guess I do now too. 2 months ago I bought a well used Red Sea Reefer XXL 425 V3A. I spent 15 hours cleaning it up so that my wife would allow it in the house. Added a reefmat 500 and gen2 6000 size pump, ato , etc to make a decent system.

Today I let my impulsive personality get the best of me and decided to order a brand new Waterbox Infinia 190.5 😬

I have come to quite like the Red Sea app for equipment management, so I think I’ll be decking the tank out with Red Sea equip minus the lights.

What lights should be looking at? And what UV light would yall recommend?

Welcome to the forums.

I was a previous redsea tank owner, also switched to waterbox. I can't tell if you've added a 2nd tank, or are running away from the RS tank before potential disaster. If the latter, it left such a bad taste to me that I ditched all of my RS products.

I run a meridian light from reefbreeders, and a pentair UV.
Running away before my white oak floors have the opportunity to swell up….

Well, I took advantage of the BRS sale. Might get some hate for the Redsea stuff but I like it and am already used to the app.

3 XR15 lights. 2 blue and one pro. Will run in a B-Pro-B configuration
Redsea 8000 pump
Red Sea 600 DC skimmer
Redsea 1200 reefmat
Redsea ATO
Helio 2x300w heater

Need to decide if I’m going to run the following:
2 MP40s or 2 reef wave 45’s
Help choosing a reactor(s) for carbon and GFO
UV light

Not sure if you’ve gotten to see the xr15’s spectrum in person yet, but I think you’re going to be really happy you went that route. Growth, coloration, and spread has been a major improvement over lights I’ve used in the past (although high end nano lights).

I’ve been running the Ab+ preset at 60% with the standard mount since transferring my tank back in June. All euphyllia and zoas, but everything is growing (too) fast.

I’ll be following along.

I've been saying that all along, but nobody wants to admit that they're addicts.

I'm biased so i'll say 3-4 quanta helix bars.

Reefbreeder Meridian gets amazing reviews here. If you want something that has all in one, go with that.
