Hey guys like the title said I was drilling my first tank. I believe I was going to fast and didnt get a clean cut on the inside. ?can I still use it or will it always leak I'm putting an Ems overflow on it this is the inside thats not clean

As long as the bulkhead gasket reaches out past that, it shouldn't be an issue. Chips like that are pretty common in drilling tanks.
 
Agree with above. I've drilled worse. Should be fine.

You can always fill in the chips with silicone and shape it with a razor once it dries. I do this sometimes for a piece of mind. But for yours, I wouldn't feel the need to.
