First time quarantining and having issues

The biggest issue you may have is ammonia. (Sounds like the QT system was put together rather quickly.) That many fish in a not so established tank can release more ammonia than ur bio filter can handle. Focus on the ammonia badge and be prepared to do water changes more frequently until the bio filter is further established.

Wrasses tend to do better with sand, some actually need it to bury themselves to sleep..

I wouldn’t dose any medication until the fish are eating.

Thank you all for your help! Had a dream last night that I woke up to my QT being at like 10ppm ammonia. Lol. Never tried to “cycle” a tank with hardly any bio filtration so I’m pretty worried about it but keeping a close eye on it. Checked everything out this morning all looks good. All 4 fish ate pretty well - the longfin fairy wrasse didn’t eat much but he did eat so that’s an improvement. I’m trying to feed them 2x per day so trying to figure out med dosing and emergency water changes has me panicking a little.
